Andrew Kern

Hello, I am Andy Kern a lifelong resident of the South Bend area. I am excited to begin my journey in real estate. I am excited to be working with Jim and Beau Dunfee as I have known each of them for several years. Finding homes for clients has been a great pleasure for me as I enjoy the thrill of the hunt for the perfect home. I have successfully negotiated 4 purchases and 2 sales in 8 months of employment.

I graduated from Penn High School in 1988 and matriculated to Ball State where I graduated with a Bachelor''s Degree in Education. I will maintain my current position as a social studies teacher at John Adams High School. High school basketball refereeing is a passion of mine. I am an avid golfer and trivia expert. I reside in South Bend’s Coquillard Woods neighborhood with my wife, Julie, and son, Adam. My daughter, Abby, is a freshman at Indiana University in Bloomington.
